One of our long-time members, Emerging Knowledge Enterprises Pty Ltd (EKE) have 2 courses presently funded under the Certificate III Guarantee Government Funding on offer, with enrolments and expressions of interest open now.
Course 1 Certificate III in Business
The delivery of this course is offered through correspondence, online or in a workshop. For a workshop to be delivered in your area we require a minimum of 10 people. For those who live on or near the Sunshine Coast, regular Certificate III in Business workshops are held in Maroochydore.
To be eligible for the Certificate 3 Guarantee a person must:
- not hold or be already undertaking a certificate III or higher level qualification (certificate III qualifications completed at school are not counted)
- be 15 years of age or older have finished secondary school or left school
- be a Queensland resident – an Australian Citizen or permanent resident living in Queensland, or a New Zealand citizen permanently residing in Queensland
The course has 12 units – 1 is a core unit and 11 are electives so if you are studying online or correspondence you can choose appropriate units to suit the skills you require. If you are studying in a workshop environment the units are pre chosen.
Course 2 Certificate III in Hospitality
The delivery of this course is offered through Correspondence, Online or Workshops. For those who live on or near the Sunshine Coast we have a Certificate III in Hospitality workshop beginning every Monday in Maroochydore.
To be eligible for the Certificate 3 Guarantee a person must:
- not hold or be already undertaking a certificate III or higher level qualification (certificate III qualifications completed at school are not counted)
- be 15 years of age or older
- have finished secondary school or left school
- be a Queensland resident – an Australian Citizen or permanent resident living in Queensland, or a New Zealand citizen permanently residing in Queensland
The course has 15 units – 8 core units and 7 are electives so if you are studying online or correspondence you can choose appropriate units to suit the skills you require. If you are studying in a workshop environment the units are pre chosen.
