Multhana Property Services have partnered with CMBM Facility Services to create and develop opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the cleaning, building and property maintenance industry in Queensland. Bringing together the strong history CMBM have in Facility Services (est. 2005) and Multhana’s 30 year knowledge of Indigenous employment together we can make a significant difference to the employment of Indigenous people in facilities; and further support local sustainable and economic development for Aboriginal people. This also represents and symbolises us working together within Indigenous Communities for local sustainable and economic development. The business is majority Indigenous owned and was founded by Rob Barton and Joe Wallace, who combine their local knowledge of Indigenous Employment & Training, Government, Private Sector, and Indigenous Organisations spanning over 30 years. They bring with them significant industry experience of leading property services and maintenance company in partnership with CMBM Facility Services, an experienced cleaning, maintenance, building, and management company. Through our partners, Multhana has access to over 20 years of combined experience in the commercial cleaning industry on a wide range of commercial applications from shopping centres, office buildings and high-rises, multi-residential buildings, factories, industrial premises, sporting and community halls, demountable structures, and remote area workers camps for mining and civil projects.

Multhana Property Services has its main office in East Brisbane and through its partnership with CMBM bases from the Gold Coast to Tully. We offer a range of cleaning, building and grounds maintenance services, including:

Multhana Property Services can undertake individual contracts up to $500,000 and can undertake larger contracts through its partnership with CMBM and using Multhana’s extensive subcontractor network. Multhana Property Services through its partnership with CMBM operates throughout QLD from the Gold Coast to Tully. CMBM has a risk management strategy that covers job risk and business risk. CMBM is a well-established and stable company with an extensive track record. This financial strength and experience underpins an effective risk management approach for the company and its partnership with Multhana. In addition we hold WorkCover and Public Liability insurances.
