Pioneer People

Pioneer People is a social enterprise operating out of Brisbane, Queensland.  Our primary objective is to contribute to increasing the successful participation of Indigenous Australians in employment.  We provide a complete approach to Indigenous engagement, from recruitment and mentoring of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff through to development and implementation of Indigenous Engagement Strategies for organisations.

Pioneer People recognises that many employers in Australia wish to contribute to improving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment. The majority of employers don’t have the resources, knowledge or time to be able to effectively engage, develop and, most importantly, retain Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.

Pioneer People is able to provide a solution to employers’ needs by becoming that identified and much needed resource.
