The Wiri Yuwiburra Community Benefits Trust (Trust) was established on 19 August 1998 following negotiations between Hail Creek Coal Pty Ltd (Hail Creek Coal) and Aboriginal groups to support the Wiri Yuwiburra People and Communities.
