We provide external supervisions for employees at every level working in the human service field and journey with women and children through their trauma and empower them to write their own future.

We analyse and change organisation cultures and empower others to be managers of change, we provide consultation to the legal profession working with personal injury victims to extract the stories from clients in a trauma informed approach, specialising in working with Indigenous victims in a culturally intelligent way.

WISE Australia also develops and runs programs to meet the gaps in the community such as anger management, domestic violence victims support and empowerment courses.
